1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities and regions in Morocco using trusted local delivery services.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes:
- 1 to 2 business days for major cities (Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, etc.)
- 2 to 4 business days for other regions
Delivery time may vary slightly depending on your location and public holidays.
3. Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
If so, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the case.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- PayPal
- Local payment gateways (coming soon)
6. Are your products original?
Yes. All products sold on Silyia are 100% original and sourced from certified suppliers.
7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You may cancel or change your order before it is shipped.
Once the order is out for delivery, changes are no longer possible.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, gift wrapping is available upon request.
